The BPAC (Bangalore Political Action Committee) Training Session was conducted on 22nd and 24th June 2026 for I and II PUC Political Science learners at JAIN College. Led by Mr. Harish, a BPAC member and experienced advocate, the two-day programme focused on enhancing students' understanding of political science, parliamentary systems, and public speaking. The sessions were attended by Political Science students, educators, and BPAC interns.
The programme introduced learners to the fundamentals of governance, public policy, and parliamentary procedures through expert-led discussions and interactive activities. While the first day focused on building foundational knowledge, the second day saw increased student participation as they became more familiar with the concepts. A key highlight of the training was the Mock Parliament activity, which provided students with a hands-on understanding of parliamentary functioning, encouraging active participation, critical thinking, and confident public speaking.
Overall, the training session offered students valuable practical insights into democratic processes while strengthening their communication and analytical skills.
