Admissions – PG programs

Admissions to the post-graduate program are open at the Jain College, Vasavi Road campus. Students interested are admitted based on merit and subject to availability of seats.

The student can apply online for the program on the college website. Any change in admission guidelines will be notified on the Jain College website / campus noticeboard from time to time.

The courses available are:

• Master of Commerce (M.Com)
• Master of Arts (M.A.) in Economics

Eligibility – PG programs

• Students who have a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST) in aggregate from a UGC recognized university or equivalent.

Documents to be submitted

• Marks cards of the bachelor’s degree in the respective discipline from a UGC recognized university or equivalent – original and attested photocopy
• Convocation Certificate from a UGC recognized university or equivalent. (A Provisional Certificate may be submitted in case of delay in receiving the Convocation Certificate) – original and attested photocopy.
• Transfer Certificate - from the institution last attended
• Caste certificate – original and attested photocopy
• Two colored copies of photographs – each of stamp size and passport size
