Admission Procedure

  • Applications forms will be issued at all 4 campuses of Jain College as per the calendar of events circulated by the Department of Pre-University Education, Government of Karnataka (post class 10 Karnataka state examination results).
  • Application forms will not be available online.
  • All applications need to be in the prescribed format. Students who wish to apply for different combinations need to fill in separate application forms and submit the same with the copy of their 10th std. marks sheet.
  • Fee structure for all the combinations will be available during the issue of application forms.
  • The application form must be duly filled and needs to be submitted at the campus within the stipulated time.
  • The lists will be published for the provisional admissions as per the PUC calendar of events on the college notice board.
  • The student along with his/her parents should meet the Principal on the stipulated date for an interaction.
  • If the student fails to join within the stipulated time, his/her admission will be declined.

Note:

  • Foreign nationals and students who have cleared class 10 or any equivalent examination in foreign countries have to obtain Provisional Eligibility Certificate from the Department of Pre-University Education , Karnataka before procuring one’s admissions.
  • Students who belong to any of the categories: SC/ST/1/2A/2B/3A/3B and those who are physically challenged should produce certificates as a proof of their caste/category/disability. The original certificate issued by Government of Karnataka should be photocopied and attested by a Gazetted Officer. The attested copy must be submitted along with the application form.
