Organized by Kannada Vedike, Kannada Rajyotsava is the celebration of Kannada culture and tradition. This is the state’s festival that Jain Colleges across the city celebrates in honor of the state of Karnataka. Various cultural events are performed by the staff and students and Kannada Rajyotsava on November 1st of every year is observed by the same.
The Hindi Parishad conducts Guru Poornima in order to encourage the students to respect and honor their gurus or teachers. The students conduct various activities for the teaching and the non-teaching staff as an expression of their gratitude towards them.
Udhbhava, a two-day, intra-collegiate fest, organized by the Cultural Forum is an amalgamation of various cultural, academic and intellectual activities that help students to showcase their talents and skills. The students enjoy and compete to learn and grow in different areas of art.
The annual, inter-collegiate cultural fest of Jain College, Jayanagar is a mega event that attracts other colleges across the city. A number of activities and events are conducted in various areas and students exhibit a high level of interest, competitive attitude and enjoyment in their participation.
