Application for admission in the college must be in the prescribed form

•	Students who want to apply for different combinations must apply in separate application forms
•	The duly filled in application form has to be submitted at the admissions office as per the schedule published on the notice board / website
•	If the marks are not known or not available at the time of filling the application, please indicate "Results are awaited" in the marks/ grade column. The candidate is expected to send the marks to the college as soon as it is available to ascertain the eligibility It is to be noted that the application will be considered only if the marks are made available to the college within the stipulated date
•	Reservation category (Cat 1 / SC / ST / 2A / 2B / 3A / 3B) and physically handicapped students must submit the photocopy of their caste / category / disability certificate (attested by a gazetted officer) issued by the concerned authorities of the Government of Karnataka along with the application form
•	Attach the following documents (Attested photocopies only)
	a. Statement of Marks of the qualifying examination (Certified translated version if they are not in English) b. Caste or Category Certificate (if applicable)

For PGDBM + MBA & Global MBA Programmes

•	If the marks are not known or not available at the time of filling the application, please indicate "Results are awaited" in the marks/ grade column. The candidate is expected to send the marks to the college as soon as it is available to ascertain the eligibility. It is to be noted that the application will be considered only if the marks are made available to the college within the stipulated date
•	Attach the following documents (Attested photocopies only)
	a. Birth Certificate / High School / Higher Secondary Certificate mentioning date of birth b. The photocopy of Academic Records (X, XII & Degree) c. A copy of your MAT /CAT /GMAT /ATMA /XAT Score Report d. Work Experience Certificate, If Any
