About CPT
Common Proficiency Course is an entry level course for Chartered Accountancy. It comprises of four  subjects i.e., Accounting, Mercantile Laws, General Economics and Quantitative Aptitude. The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) is a statutory body established under the Chartered   Accountants Act, 1949 (Act No. XXXVIII of 1949) for the regulation of the profession of Chartered Accountants in India.  The JGI Group has tied up with Yeshas Academy to offer CPT coaching. Established in 2004, Yeshas Academy is a pioneer in CA Coaching and offers professional coaching to CA, CFA and CPA aspirants. Some of the CA toppers have undergone the coaching from the Yeshas Academy. Yeshas Academy has qualified CAs and CFAs as their trainers.
